What should I purchase?

Looking at our TPT store, you may wonder what the best deal is for our Teacher Appreciation Sale. We’re here to tell you the bundles are by far the biggest steal for our sale this week.

What bundles are available?

Vocalic r Laughable Moving Sentences Bundle; Articulation, ELA, Phonics

Vocalic /r/ sounds are often the most challenging for kids. However, it’s likely that one r vowel is more stimulable or challenging than the others, depending on the child. Vocalic r Laughable Moving Sentences allows you to target each /r/ diphthong individually, to achieve success for that particular /ɚ/ combination and carry that success over to other vocalic /r/ sounds.

Vocalic R Laughable Moving Sentences no-prep, no-print speech sound activities. They’re engaging activities for telepractice and in-person articulation students who are working on vocalic /r/ at the sentence level. These digital activities also serve as a delightful transition between phrase level and sentence level. The images in Laughable Moving Sentences are fun, colorful, and sure to keep your individual and small group students engaged.

Phoneme Reversal Pair-’em-Up Bundle; ELA; Phonemic Awareness

Phoneme Reversal Pair-em-Up (Advanced Level) is a no-prep, no-print phonological/phonemic awareness activity. It’s a fun, colorful, and engaging activity for students who are working on phonological awareness skills.

The development of strong phonological/phonemic awareness skills is beneficial to students learning to read. Children who struggle with phonological and phonemic awareness tasks are at greater risk for reading difficulty. By equipping students with these skills, we can accelerate the rate at which they learn the connection between sounds and letters!

Common phonological awareness tasks include segmenting, blending, rhyming, alliteration, and identifying syllables in a word. The last phonological awareness skill to develop is phonemic awareness. Phonemic awareness is the ability to think about and work with individual sounds in spoken words. This is where phoneme reversal fits in!

Phoneme reversal specifically requires a student to segment and identify the sounds of a word, then reverse them! Our phoneme reversal series has both an advanced and basic edition that contains age-appropriate targets.

Irregular Past Tense: What Happened 1st & 2nd Bundle; ELA; Grammar

The “Irregular Past Tense: What Happened 1st & 2nd” Series are no-prep, no-print language activities, for small groups and individual work. This digital activity is engaging for students who are working on irregular past tense at the word, phrase, or sentence level. It can also serve as a delightful transition between sentence drills and conversational speech. Plus, the images in the Irregular Past Tense Series are fun, colorful, and sure to keep your students engaged.

As you click through the slide show, two pictures of a character completing different actions will pop up under the titles “1st”, and “2nd.” Below the image, the present tense verbs describing the character’s actions are introduced. Students will tell what the character did first and second, using the irregular past tense of the target verbs.

Speech Pals Bundles:

Speech Pals are no-print must-haves for articulation therapy, either in-person or virtual, for both readers and non-readers. You and your students will love these fun, no-prep PowerPoint activities, as they practice their speech sounds at the word level, in short sentences, and in long sentences with multiple targets. Repetition is the key to success in the production of new phonemes. So with Speech Pals each phoneme is targeted 58 times per word position! (ʒ is the exception, as all positions are combined, for a total of 58 productions.) The characters in Speech Pals are diverse and often find themselves in humorous situations. Also, various parts of speech are represented by the target words, rather than just nouns, as are typically seen in articulation therapy materials.

In Speech Pals Products: Each target sound is represented by a main character (whose name includes that target), plus 9 target words. Each word is in the form of a colorful image that will “fly-in” from various directions, keeping children focused and engaged. These PowerPoint presentations can be used for individual and group therapy, during in-person and telepractice sessions.

Speech Pals: Earlier Sounds Bundle

Our Earlier Sounds Bundle is perfect for students working on early developing sounds such as /f, v, k, g, sh, zh/. They are fun and animated helping capture and maintain the attention of little ones. It also works great for students presenting delayed phonological processes such as stopping and fronting!

Speech Pals: Later Sounds Bundle

This is another Speech Pals bundle with products for later developing sounds. This is great for students who demonstrate difficulty producing toughest speech sounds such as /l, r, s,z, th/. What’s fantastic is that these products don’t only target speech sounds in the initial word positions. They target speech sounds in the initial, medial, and final word positions, as well as in consonant blends! They can be used with students practice at all levels including word, phrase, sentences, and structured conversation!

Speech Pals: /r/ Bundle

Are you stuck on /r/ therapy with half of your caseload? Most of us agree, /r/ is the toughest phoneme in the English language to master. In this bunde, you and your student will practice prevocalic /r/, r-blends, and vocalic /r/. When a new /r/ kiddo pops up on your caseload, you can use these products in order to follow a helpful hierarchy. Or, they can be used individually for students who can produce some /r/ sounds but struggle with others.
